Most likely, something wrong in the emission system. PCV, ERG, O2 sensor, etc. When you start the engine, the engine is cold, and the PCM operates at open mode. Once the Engine temperature reached the specified level, the PCM operates at closed system, and that is the time the engine starts to vibrate. The closed system majorly involves emission control.
