Will switch to 2009 Accord LX Sedan AT

The out-of-the-door price I receive now is $22530 (including hand painted pin stripe, splash guards, cargo tray and all taxes and fees). I am in TX. Is that a good deal?

Most dealers refuse to give out OTD price, with the exception of one. Interesting enough, this one only correspondes me with email! Many other dealers either refuse to give me OTD price (because they want to price in adds-on) or insist me come in for a face-to-face appointment. I hanged up for the later one. How do you usually deal with these kinds of dealers?
