i have sienna
honda transmission problem is around 2004, toyota GEL free repair also around that time. I don't think both have any series problem, or sth DMV can commit.
I suggest you test drive. I really want to sell sienna (only 12K) to change to a sedan, not because it has any problem I can complains to dealer, yet large car sometimes not solid and has delay when you acc. May be most Japan cars has delay to save gas. Both cars are higher then sedan, sometimes I feel I may ignore light from side sedan when I change lane at night.
Sienna has huge space, yet I don't use it much, sometimes I feel I can simply rent a truck if I need to load sth. May be after I gave it up I'll feel unconvenient. Anyway, large space means safety also.
