1.证人应该是停在红灯前了。我很奇怪他在证词里说我进入路口时是黄灯，又一口咬定是我的责任。
2. 撞击点在我车的车头部分，离车门还远。我撞到了他的右前处。我的车是taurus,他的车是crysler town & country minivan
3. 是exact words...只是把证人名字改成了witness
