Here are couple of questions i need to know:

1, The witness is driving behind you and he stopped at the red light. Am I correct?
If he stopped at the red light and observed the incident, you dont have a case at all.
If he followed you then you have a case. (Judge will go with the witness rather than you.)

2. If the impact point is behind the driver's door, you might have little chance. If the impact point is at the door, then you lost.

3. The grammer of the police report does not sound right. Can you type the exact words?
