If there is a $2000, I think you can get lower than $26K.

I would use this formula to calculate the out-off-door price:

ODP = (Invoice - $2000 [rebate] - 2-3% * MSRP [dealer hold-back]) * 1.0625 + $250 [title & license & fees]

You should negotiate hard, since dealers want to clean up all 2007 model.
