It seems that your engine has no mechanical problem, that is a good news so far. The most possibility for engine stall now would be a ignition problem, fuel rail problem, or control problem.
For ignition problem: since you have changed spark plugs and wire, check if the coil is corrosion or not;
For fuel rail problem, check the fuel pressure line pressure as well as the injector. Change the fuel filter.
If Engine still stalls, computer is bad. I was having an old Lesabre and same thing happened to me. It took me more than 3 times towing to garage to figure that out.
