朋友的购车经验。请有经验的给个意见。

以下是一个朋友的购车经验。不知道她说的这两点是否普遍。打算到她说的DEALER那里看看，又怕第一次看车不买第二次去价格会提高(看她说的第一点)。她说的第二点是这个DEALER上来就给成交价，不需要坎价，真有这样的DEALER吗？

"I had shopped around when i bought my car. what I found out was you would have to purchase the car the first time you talked to the dealer. if you go back the second time, ususally your credit goes down and you will have to pay more.

So I finally bought my car at xxx dealer, it has simple & plain policy, which means you don;t have to negotiate. since I shopped around at that time, I knew the price there was reasonable. and you get better service and no pressure. "
