My suggestion is to send your car to the dealer

for diagnosis. After the dealer tall you what's wrong with your car, you can decide whether you want them to fix it or not. You will be chaged about one hour for the diagnosis. The rate is higher for sure but will not be too much. (my mercury dealer charged me 68.50 for diagnosis)
