It depends on each individual car's condition. In general, all the cars are pretty good no a days... Plus you are buying a mini van not a perfermance car. Not much to think about but the overall condition of the car. If everything looks good, go for it.... if not, move on... there are many mini vans out there. Check BBK, if your price is in the middle of trade in and retail value, it should be ok in general.
BTW, it is almost impossible that a 2001 car only have 9000 miles.
