firstly,i 'm angry because the

dealer lied to me in this case.the fact is nobody authorize him to fix my car.the guy from my insurance company or my wife didn't do it.because he made mistake,he should admit.
secondly,i think his price isn't reasonable for me.in fact before i fix it i want to compare his price with the price in other repair shops.but he fixed it without my permission,i lose this right.i have no chance to know what it will cost in other shops.i want to negotiate and get the lower price.
but if he still lie to me and don't want to negotiate it with me,i will call the cop and battle with him.
