actually the dealer's estimate

is more than $470.i thought maybe the insurance company can pay a little to me if its estimate is higher.so i called .no matter why i did it,i have the right to do this kind of things,right?
the dealer can't charge my parking fee because i can't drive my car home safely after his diagnostics.before his diagnostics i still could drive my car without danger.it's his fault,why do i have to pay to him?
