Open the hood,
check if the pulley is still good,
buy a new belt
loose tensioner (not sure what type on your car)
put the new belt on
make sure the new belt lines up with all the pulleies
tight the tensioner
Make sure the belt is tighten properly... push long section of the belt, the belt should go down about 1/2-1 inch. If you are not sure the tightness, drive the car to a shop for adjustment with small amount money.
