你们听说过buyer's agent 吗？

most of the agent selling business or invest is sellor's agent, he or she got paid by sellor once you paid the sellor. eventurelly you are the one who pay.. but that agent is not act on your behalf....

if you are not familiar.. you need a buyer agent or at least a solicitor who familiar with business purchase...
