请问澳洲的幼儿福利有什么？

我本身是新西兰PR,宝宝在11月出生，他应该是新西兰公民。我有一个工作机会，明年二月份去布里斯班工作，请问我的宝宝能在澳洲拿到牛奶金一类的福利吗？谢谢大家！
