Woman found dead in Sydney flat

A woman's body was found inside a unit in an inner-Sydney suburb this afternoon.
About 1.50pm, police were called to the unit on Harris Street, Ultimo, after concerns for the welfare of a woman aged in her late teens, police said.
A crime scene was established and it is being examined by forensic experts.
Advertisement: Story continues below While the cause of the woman's death will need to be formally established by a post-mortem examination, police are treating it as suspicious.
Detectives from City Central Local Area Command are investigating the death and are conducting a canvass of the unit block.
