要电表，可以租正规的motel alike boarding house,there is meter

but rent will be 10-20% higher than you current shareing house.

it is called no pain , no gain.

I rember there is on in top ryde， evey unit got a meter, there is a meter room in the hotel..

so in the same location, the one with meter for each room will be little more expensive. it is common sense!
