如果，他有partner 的话，满足下面的条件，可以省去他5年工作经验要求。

 

Will applicants still be able to claim points for partner skills under the new points test?

Yes. The new points test will continue to award five points where the primary applicant’s partner satisfies the threshold criteria for GSM.

Under the new points test, to claim partner points the primary applicant’s partner will need to meet the following criteria:

1. be included on the same visa application as the primary applicant
2. not be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
3. be less than 50 years old at the time of application
4. nominate an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List, and be assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for the occupation
5. have Competent English
6. have been employed in a skilled occupation for at least 12 months in the 24 months before the application is lodged.
