不解， 政府为什么让船民选择墓地，运尸体，飞家属到悉尼来?

早上听广播真是有点胸闷，我觉得tony没说错， 为什么不能在圣诞岛上安葬， 死者和和悉尼有什么联系，家属不能去那里参加葬礼，非要把尸体运来悉尼?
