No ...

It only has

   - Purchase $ (One off cost)

  -  Stamp duty (One off cost)

  - Water Sewage (Annual cost very low)

  - Council Rate (Annually normally low can be paid by year or quartly or monthly) depending on your property value for example in Melbourne city an apartment with 600k and net annual value (NAV) is 10k, you just need pay for 500 annually fee based on NAV. In general, council rate is around 600 - 1400 per year

  - Body corp (only for apartments /unit) varies, normally 1600 per year to 4000 per year if the building has swimming pool

    FOr house, there is no body corp fee.
