My parents-in-law had lived in the house before we leased out. My parents-in-law hope we can release the mortgage burden when someone can rent the property. We never and ever have any intention to hide anything whatsoever to the government or any other authorities. I am feeling depression to meet a nasty tenent.Now I feel guilty for the fine I've paid as these should be avoidable in the first place, but this is not end of the world anyway.
