印度学生为求移民谎称自己是gay佬，寻求澳洲庇护

Suspect timing of a refugee claim was raised this month by the Refugee Review Tribunal in a case involving an Indian student in Sydney.

He said he feared persecution as a homosexual, and pressure from his parents to marry, were he to return to India.

He was studying at a college and had hoped to qualify for permanent residency as a skilled migrant.
