关于mining tax，可能要等到明年才有结果。

TREASURER Wayne Swan today said the mining tax would not be on the tax summit's agenda next year because the Government was in the process of designing the measure and preparing legislation for parliamentary approval.

明年也不知道啥结果，如果要买矿股，不如考虑澳洲在非洲，南美的矿股，目前在非洲的金矿股票价格涨幅明显地高过本地的金矿股票，也反映了资金流向，不如跟着喝口汤。其实非洲的大部分国家是很安定的，政经结构差不多是英、法体系，劳动力也便宜，政府也很配合，企业在那里应当发展的不错。
