马上要和家人从美国移民到澳洲墨尔本，

想跟墨尔本的xdjms们请教一些事情;
1.老公在highett的CSIRO工作，我们听说那个区房价高，而且学区不好，就想问问那附近20，30分钟车程（我们会买车）的距离内有没有相对安全且学区中等的区可选，要是townhouse价在40万以内就更好。
2.另外请大家帮忙推荐一个买家具，电器等生活用品的大店给个网址。
