1，A找律师咨询事情， 在A和律师讲过要暂时withhold all activity regarding the case 后， 律师在什么情况下可以review A 的文件并charge money？

2， 当律师行要退钱给客户时， 是不是只有让客户去律师行领支票这1种方式？ 所有的律师行都只能这么做么？
