房价涨了吗？

都说房价涨得很厉害，好几年没看过房子了。上次还是2005年，刚买房的时候。别的区不知道，只知道carlingford 和castle hill，最近又看了一下，没感觉涨啊？house 和townhouse和05年比价格涨了一些，但真的不多。05年看的carlingford全新townhouse52万，最近看，同一位置，隔壁，也就是56万，还可以讲价。
这两个区算是不错的区了。但听说ashfield的unit涨了很多。不知道具体情况。
