should be consulted... But i think if there's a requirement to replace the whole subfloor he should mention it. I better to call him, I guess. Thanks for reminding!

They reports says the drainage is Ok although there's a downpipe not connected.

The main problem is there's some materials not removed from the subfloor arear and maybe the cause that attracts termites.
