1，如果真拍到了，10%的DEPOSIT要怎么付啊？事先去银行买支票？我没personal cheque
2.sales of contract 要事先去中介那里拿？而且要拍卖前就找律师看？

3，大家都去哪里贷款阿，那些贷款公司可靠么？看到Infochoice上state custodian的便宜，都没听说过这个金融机构。
