另外如果他们出资，以我的名义购买（我的澳洲公民在申请中），是否算是我和老公的婚后财产呢？如果我们的婚姻出现问题，这套房的所有权属谁呢？

1. If you are not married yet and paid it in full before the marriage ---> It is your asset even you marry and divorce unless you put some special agreement to pass the asset to your hu*****and.


2. If you are not married and paid it partially before the marriage and divorce after a couple of years ---> it will be you and your hu*****and shared asset unless special agreement (pre-nup) and your hu*****and does not have any proof that he help to pay for the mortage.

3. If you are married ---> em.. most probably it is shared asset unless set a special agreement or a special arrangement .
