关于在澳洲买房有写疑问，请各位大侠指点，谢谢

我和老公还没正式登记结婚，但是以有小孩，算是事实婚姻。

今年我父母想在澳洲买一套房投资，将来作为养老。但他们是中国公民，如果以他们的名义购买二手房的话，有什么限制呢，手续会很麻烦吗？

另外如果他们出资，以我的名义购买（我的澳洲公民在申请中），是否算是我和老公的婚后财产呢？如果我们的婚姻出现问题，这套房的所有权属谁呢？

对澳洲的购房条款和法律不了解，希望大家能指教，在线等，谢谢！！
