我再等红灯时，电话打进来，因为电话很重要，我让她等一下，我pull over再打，对面来了警车，我刚停车，他就过来说我开车打电话，我解释过了经过还是拿到罚单。我认为车在等红灯的时候不能算是开车。条例只说，不可以driving and talking on the mobile phone, 引擎开着车没动，不能算driving，更何况我已经挂上电话，开到路边才再打。妈的，杀人盗窃不管，整天狐假虎威别个破JB枪就知道开罚单
