错了。2010年50岁一下SUPER CONCESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION CAP是2万五

NON CONCESSIONAL CAP是15万。

简单来说，CONCESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION是EMPLOYER给你交的SUPER，和你自己抵过个人所得税的放进养老金里的钱。

NON CONCESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION就是没有用来抵过个人税的放进养老金里的钱。

NON CONCESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION还有THREE YEARS ROLL-OVER RULE，也就是说可以每一年借用以后两年的CAP，一共$45万，但是以后两年一分都不能放进SUPER FUND.
