个人看好房产在长线的回报率

炒股的话如不是短线高手，建议现在先观望一阵。。现在 1万亿美元放在那儿，这说明欧洲的窟窿至少1.5万亿，当别的国家一个一个要钱时，股市还是会恐慌性跌的。
