History always repeats itself

刚才楼下一位筒子说：说不定中国将来也会把澳洲占了。

历史总是不断的重复自己。六十几年前，日本为了澳洲的铁矿、石油资源曾经挥师南下，最后被强大的美国阻挡在距离澳洲咫尺的巴布亚新几内亚。当时日本的军事基地已经距达尔文只有三百公里。日本的潜艇甚至沉没在距悉尼港口三十多公里的海底。

再过二十年，当世界面临资源枯竭的时候，人口庞大的中国会不会铤而走险，重走日本当年的道路呢？很有可能。
