前些日子看你们天天谈房事，我很郁闷，我不明白，你们怎么都这么有闲钱？

就我一个人整天头疼利率天天涨，下个月还贷又要贵一些，rate的账单要来了，电费涨了这类的苦恼吗？

自从年初开始升息后，我们很少出去吃饭。平时要招待朋友也都大多是在家BBQ， 买好品质的肉菜但绝不浪费的乱花钱。上个月，，卖掉了CX7, 换了个小点儿的M5，因为我家人口少，用不到大车，因为能省点油。
还有emergency fund, 存了点。最近猫身上长了个小肿瘤:八百；游泳池里清洗机坏了：六百五；割草机也坏了：五百四。emergency fund 都用光了，要从头来攒。

怎么你们都能整天开开心心的挑这个房，争那个房呢？
