Normally we don't address ppl like that. It's not our way.

For example, if the hu*****and's name is 王大虎; the wife is 李小花. Nobody is going to call them Mr and Mrs Wang ... at least not in Beijing. More than likely ppl wiil address them separately, ie. 花姐，王哥.

Er..... 花姐, sounds like a bug's name. But anyway. Nobody is going to call her Mrs Wang.
