anywhere got railway station... is slum in US

in sydney, you drive through Refurn and Alexandra, 5 mins max..

but the slum next to Phili downtown, takes 30 mins to pass.. U do not even dare to drive into the side street... just pray your car is not breaking down... it is shocking...to me...

in State, next to railway station, there are courts, police station and jail..then in neighbour of the deserted look like town filed with black americans...
