澳洲的房子和美国的房子

I just came back from bus tour to Alis Spring.

we passed through a lot of outback towns... some of the house there you can buy for 2k~20k A$

I had visited a relative in Phili of Pensilvania of US... the house were 700k (2 acres land) half hour driving from Phili downtown..

but in sydney, average house is 600k, if in good suburb, it is a piece of land only, so the house is run down, unliveble, but if it is in western suburb, it can be a good size house...
