坑：如果我有无贷自住房+20万现金，会怎么投资

（备注：不关心，也不喜欢股票）

哈哈。。

我会拿着20万做首期，买2-3个价位在20-25万左右的600平方以上的耗子（租金可以cover repayment的那些）。。别和我说没有这样的。。。大把大把的哦。。。
