买房在中学旁边还不如买在大学旁边

买房在好中学旁边不就是为了可以就近分配吗。如果是上交钱的私校或者要考的精英学校意义不大。

大学功课比中学难10倍，要买还不如买在大学边上，可以节省孩子上下学很多时间和精力。平时也可以经常去大学的图书馆，吃完晚饭还可以去溜个弯什么的。
