靠，这房价还真的是在跳

六星期前一3房的耗子树牌一星期就卖掉了，54万。

一星期前，就在那房子隔壁的同样大小规模耗子，树牌，开价，61万！！！靠！

有另一耗子树牌了3星期，开价63万9，没卖出，居然加价了2万，现在卖65万8。

跟Agent聊了，大部分看房子的都是中国人。。。
