关键问题是该不该加？我的回答：不应该。

大原则定了，才决定怎么做。咱根本不想讨论google的是非曲折，来龙去脉，无论google， bing, yahoo, baidu，都不当加filter。

从技术上加，gateway完全可以加filter，我曾经在content filter上干了6年。
