刚刚收到council停车罚款单，下班时间clearway停车，117刀，

去年12月30日，上星期三，下午5:03，实际上的假日，理论上的上班日高峰时间
阳光普照，百业萧条。 没人，没车。停车没注意。完全没想起来是“上班日高峰时间”
