Just got to Australia, hungry to death!

I came to Sydney on 26th, with other American friends and local friends to celebrate the new year, that was cool to rent a boat on Sydney harbor watching fire works. Just the food, it is problem for me. I have been eating western food for almost a week it makes me feel sick, everything is bottled, no fresh food at all.....I went to west feild yesterday coundn't find good food either. Where the lopesters are? Where the good sea foods are? I am going to eat my last instant noodles which I took 5 bags from China, it seems I will run out all my food.....
