真烦，我能怎么办

给女儿买了裤子，可回来后一试，裤叉那里车的不好就跳线了（针织的料）。一直跳线到腰那里。没法修补。不能穿了。我当天就回商店去退，店员说要等老板看了再说。第二天，老板说这是SALE　ITEM。不能退换。卖的时候是好的。可我说这是质量问题。如果那条线车的结实，就不会跳线。他们说只给退$5。你把裤子拿走。裤子也只$30。我不知是这样算了，还是到哪里讨个说法。不知找CENTER　MANAGEMENT有没有用。　请大家出个注意。谢谢
