用什么卡或电话公司打中国的手机便宜且清楚？

我以前都是用SKYPE打中国的住家电话，便宜且清晰。最近因为父亲生病，住在医院。需要常打他的手机。发现质量就不行了。也试过电话卡，通话质量也不行，但用家里的OPTUS坐机直拨就很清晰，但OPTUS收费贵。二三个电话就能打掉二三十块。我在墨尔本，想问大家有啥好的方法可推荐？谢谢
