or 聽說過, 有一種透明塑料蓋在車牌上, 相機照時反光, 照出來的相是看不清車牌的, 但警察見到會抓的


以前是見過(忘記了在哪裡見的), 有些車牌有透明的塑膠框框的蓋上, 看起來像保護車牌的樣子, 不知是不是有這個作用, 有沒有人知道哪裡可弄到
