看到大家又侃房市，惊出一身汗！

翻回头去又上domain和realestate查看
比起2个月前我看的epping和marsfield的房子，平均又涨2-3万
6月份开始看房子起，基本上超过45w的unit都嫌贵，40w-43w之间是普遍
6月多marsfield的townhouse42.8w没要，嫌贵，7月间townhouse普遍45w-47w，
今天再看同地区要价已达49.5w
epping的旧unit那时42w看不上眼，现在售出的都有45w之高。

越想越觉得自己明智，下手快（谈不上早，也是8月份才签下），
越想越觉得自己有眼光，那房子地段价格房型装修都满意：）
