房子主结构的木料出了问题

大家好

今天偶然发现房子下面一块木料出了问题。拍了照片大家看看。懂行的帮着出个主意，谢谢
（买房时，没说有白蚁），我拍了好多才搞了几张清楚点的。兄弟们看不清。能放大一下吗。真不知道怎么照高清的图。。。
刚仔细看了report。好像说发现有些木料腐朽了（别的怎么没事，就那一段腐朽了)，我觉得那块木头可能是这样情况。因为report也是这么说的。没有发现白蚁的记录。
如果是这样情况。能不能找人维护一下。要找什么专业的人啊？？？多谢大家。
