养老金的策略 - 攻与防

上礼拜在一教授朋友家做客，席间谈到养老金的策略，教授一无所知，说我从来不管它，它会自动选择。

其实养老金有许多种选择，有低风险，低回报，有中风险，中回报，还有高风险，高回报。如果自己不选择，养老金管理经理会按照投资者年龄自动选择。年长者会选择低风险，低回报。

看着周围好些学者朋友，只会读书，教书，做研究，对股市，房市，养老金知之甚少，游子经常当活雷锋，与他们探讨，帮他们开拓思路。

其实养老金的策略也要随行就市，如果股市好，房市妙，就应该将养老金放在股市，房市上。如果金融危机来了，养老金的策略也该采用休克疗法，全放在现金和债券上。

下面谈谈我养老金的实际操作策略:

2006 和2007年股市，房市都还不错，因此我养老金一半是房产基金，一半是股票基金，2006 和2007年投资回报分别为16。5% 和18。1%。

在2008年金融危机之际，首先房产基金暴跌，看着房产基金指数不断下滑，在2008年首先将房产基金换为现金，后来股票基金也跌的惊人，在澳股指数5000点时，养老金转为全面防守阶段，将股票基金也换为长期债券。2008年的投资回报为负23。25%，而2009年头5。5个月的投资回报为负4。63%。

股票市场回稳后，在今年6月份，在澳股指数3950点的时候将养老金全部转为股票基金，而且是带借贷的股票基金 (geared share fund)，养老金转为全面进攻阶段。2009年6月之今，投资回报为25。1%。

金融风暴其实孕育着非常大的转机，如果不随行就市，调整策略，一旦否极泰来，你的养老金就会掉队落伍。
